Benchmarking Visit To Sarawak Metro

On 14 August 2026, four (4) SEDC Permata Sdn Bhd (Permata) representatives led by Mrs. Nur Hayatul Sakinah Binti Wasi (Human Resource and Admin Manager) conducted a benchmarking visit to Sarawak Metro's office at Wisma Chinese Chambers, where they were hosted by Document Control Centre representatives, Mr. Mohd Hilmi Bin Razali (Document Control Manager) and two (2) members of his staff.

The visit served as a platform for Sarawak Metro to share knowledge, information, and experience, particularly regarding the implementation of the In-Eight digital document management system.

The engagement provided Permata with essential insights to support its digital transformation journey, as the organisation transitions from paper‑based workflows to a fully digitised document management system.​
