PREVENTIVE

MAINTENANCE

  • Periodic maintenance exercised to ensure a system and equipment’s continuity in operation

DAILY

INSPECTION

  • Routine & scheduled inspections carried out in shifts to ensure functionality of equipment & system for building operation

CORRECTIVE

MAINTENANCE

  • Unscheduled maintenance carried out on faulty equipment or system to restore them back in working condition

PROJECT

ENHANCEMENT

  • Equipments, systems & infrastructure will be updated & upgraded in stages to increase functionality of the building system to meet current standards and needs
