On 1st September 2026, SEDC Permata Sdn Bhd (Permata) organised the Program Latihan dan Taklimat Keselamatan Kebakaran in collaboration with Fire and Rescue Department of Malaysia (BOMBA), Padungan Branch.

The objective is to enhance employees’ awareness and preparedness in responding to fire and medical emergencies. The training covered fire safety, CPR and first aid, and the proper use of fire extinguishers.

The programme concluded with the presentation of a token of appreciation to the Senior Fire Officer II, Encik Herman bin Aldi by Puan Nur Hayatul Sakinah Binti Wasi, Human Resource & Admin Manager of Permata.
