On 5th August 2026, a three (3) member evaluation panel from the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) Malaysia, led by Ts. Sr. Masnizan Che Mat, conducted an official site visit to SEDC Permata.

 

The visit was part of the Final Evaluation (Tier 3) process for the Malaysian Construction Industry Excellence Award (MCIEA) 2026, following the successful shortlisting of SEDC Permata Sdn. Bhd. ("Permata") under the FM Contractor Category
