On 30th June 2026, six (6) representatives from SEDC Permata Sdn Bhd (Permata) led by Mrs. Nur Hayatul Sakinah Binti Wasi (Human Resource and Admin Manager) went to SEDC to have a benchmarking visit, accompanied by two (2) representatives from SEDC, Mrs. Marang Anak Duduh and Mr. Peter Jackson Anak Jindong.

The purpose of this benchmarking visit was to observe the physical filing room and Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) of SEDC. During the visit, SEDC representatives presented their filing system guidelines. Subsequently, Permata's Document Controller, Mr. Niqkiesther Dumon Anak Bennit procured the guidelines to be adapted and implemented in Permata.
